Unfortunately, a small percentage of our rolls of ribbon, mesh, or other textiles may not be a continuous roll. You may, for example, one roll that is spliced. This is to reduce waste at the factory and keep prices low. A cut roll may also contain additional (free) length to compensate for the cut piece. We have no knowledge of which rolls are continuous, and which are not. We are unable to replace rolls of textiles which are not continuous. If the unique circumstances of your craft project and the way your roll was cut somehow prevent you from completing your project, please let us know the details of your situation. We strive to be fair with our customers.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
