Overview

Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as sale, clearance, out of season items, and premade products such as wreaths, bows etc. Returns initiated due to errors in your ordering such as over ordering or wrong color are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refund Procedures

  • You must contact customer service to request a refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we will issue you a RA number and provide you with the return address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest shipping using a trackable shipping service such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you of the status of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Exchanges

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with pictures of the damaged. Please keep all items and packaging until a resolution is reached with the carrier. If you receive the wrong item let us know immediately so, we can exchange or issue a refund, depending on the availability of the product.
